AllowChangeAll – Allows (1) / Disallows (0) changing all settings; if set to 0, all parameters below will be ignored in the Settings section.

RestrictionMode and GroupsList – The above parameters will allow or deny user to send messages to specified groups. User groups names are case sensitive. Set RestrictionMode key to the following values: 0 - allow to send messages to ANY user groups; 1 - allow to send messages ONLY to the user groups listed in "GroupsList"; 2 - allow to send messages to ANY user groups EXCEPT user groups listed in "GroupsList". User groups list items should be separated by commas, for example GroupsList=Support,Admins,Sales
/Files/ – This section allows you to prevent sending or receiving files.

AllowReceiveFiles – Allows/Disallows receiving files.
/LocalUser/ – This section allows you to prevent managing local user name.
AllowAddNewUserName – Allows (1) / Disallows (0) creating new user name.
AllowRemoveUserName – Allows (1) / Disallows (0) deleting existing user name.
AllowChangeUserName – Allows (1) / Disallows (0) changing active user name.
AllowSwithUserStatus – Allows (1) / Disallows (0) switching user's status.

I will need to modify this file through the network for some users.
If you have administrator rights on a user’s computer (or in the computer’s domain), you can access the user's hard drive to modify Admin.ini. After you have edited and saved Admin.ini on the user's computer, Softros Messenger detects the file modifications and applies the settings instantly.

How can I distribute the limitations settings over the network?
1. Put the modified Admin.ini file to be distributed over the network near the Softros Messenger self-installation shell (messenger.exe)—see below.2. Copy this folder to each computer where you plan to install and use Softros Messenger, and run messenger.exe. Or, share this folder on your network and install it by running messenger.exe on each computer. The installation shell will automatically detect that the Admin.ini file exists in the same folder and will automatically copy this file to the installation folder.
