Softros Messenger Pricing
Softros Messenger is licensed on a “per running copy” basis. This means that you should purchase the number of licenses more than or equal to the number of users who are running Softros LAN Messenger simultaneously on your network.

A site license allows your company to use Softros LAN Messenger by all users at any location in the company. This license type is for 300 or less users.
A worldwide license allows your company to use Softros LAN Messenger by all users at any location in the company worldwide. This license type is for 2000 or less users. Please contact us for a quote if Softros LAN Messenger is to be used by more than 2000 users.

Maintenance period
All of our licensed customers are eligible for free Softros LAN Messenger updates and technical support during the maintenance period (1, 2, 3 years or lifetime). This means that you may download and install the latest versions of Softros LAN messenger free of charge within the maintenance period from the day you purchased the license on. After the maintenance period is over, you may upgrade your copies of Softros LAN Messenger to a new version only after purchasing a new maintenance period upgrade license. However, your current license will work with the earlier versions of the product. So if you do not want to purchase an upgrade license, you do not have to since you may use the earlier versions of Softros LAN Messenger (they never expire).

Maintenance period prices
1-year maintenance period - free.
2-year maintenance period - additional 30% from the initial price.
3-year maintenance period - additional 50% from the initial price.
Lifetime maintenance period - additional 100% from the initial price.

The lifetime maintenance period means that you will receive all Softros LAN Messenger updates and technical support free of charge for the lifetime.

Software Delivery
Once your order is processed, you will be supplied with instructions and the required license key(s) in an email sent to the address you specified in your order. You do not need to download a full version of Softros Messenger after you purchased the license; your license key will automatically remove the 30-day evaluation period limitation from your demo version
