How to Change Your Own User Name

1. Click the “User Name” drop-down button on the main window of Softros LAN Messenger to show a pop-up menu.
2. To add a new user name to your users list click “Add/Remove User Name...” on that menu.
   
   
   
3. Click the “Add…” button and type your new user name in the dialog box that appears.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click the OK button to see the new user name in the list:
   
   
   
   
5. Select this user name from the list and click the “Switch to” button. This will change your current user name to the new one.
6. Click the OK button to close this dialog box.

Every time you wish to switch user names, just open this window, select the user name you wish to use, and click the “Switch to” button.
